1. Privacy Policy

JIM GYM operates the Calisthenics Club Luzern and the website jimgym.ch. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and act in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We collect your name, email address and contact details when you register for events or memberships, payment information when you purchase merchandise, event tickets or membership fees, and usage data from jimgym.ch via cookies and analytics tools.

Your data is used exclusively to manage memberships, process event bookings, fulfil orders and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties unless required for payment processing or by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at mail@jimgym.ch.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (Merchandise)

All merchandise purchased through JIM GYM may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Personalised items, sale items and hygiene products are excluded from returns. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.

3. Terms of Service

Scope. These terms apply to all services offered by the Calisthenics Club Luzern, operated by JIM GYM — including memberships, personal training, events and merchandise sales via jimgym.ch.

Membership & Fees. Membership becomes active upon registration and payment. Cancellation terms and payment conditions are defined in the respective membership agreement. Outstanding fees may result in exclusion from training sessions and events.

Events & Bookings. Event tickets are non-refundable after purchase. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Participation is at your own risk.

Liability. Use of training facilities and participation in events is at your own risk. JIM GYM is not liable for injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Governing Law. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
